smoking and usage

Whats up fello grass smokers. I am just done with the curing phase and am now putting my 2lbs or so up in the atic Question is.... it gets pretty cold up there when winter hits it could possibly get 35ish not quit freezing so, should i find another place or should it be ok up there? I was thinking i would wrap it in a blanket?

Cold is good, desirable, fridge-like temperatures are ideal. So long as it doesn't go below freezing, they will be fine. I like the idea of the blanket, maybe even a thermal blanket or cooler box would be good; would help prevent wild temperature fluctuations reaching the buds.

id say get a vaccume sealer and toss em in a bookbag or something in the attic. maybe even a couple silicone gell tabs so no moisture builds up inside the bag.

Those silica gel packs are poisonous (read the label). Use uncooked rice instead.

They are only harmful if you swallow them though

Yea, but rice is easier and safer. Who has silica packets sitting around? Unless you get a lot of electronics and save it, or eat a whole hella pepperoni...

Yeah, the silica gel packets say on them "DO NOT EAT". I posted about this the other day elsewhere on the forum. Rice was also mentioned (it's not as efficient, but is cheap). Lots of dried products can do a similar job.

I've got doxens of silica gel packets lying around. The largest kind being from office machinery. If you have an office supply shop nearby, ask them for some spares; photocopiers especially, come with HUGE packs.

Hmm, then why do they put the packs in bacon bits? im sure if you actually ATE it.

Yeah thanks the Top44 plant i had put off about 1lb 5 or 6 ounces. This is in Ohio 2.

I have Pictures, but i've never put them on a computer so im not really quite sure how to do it. I havent really had the time to mess with it.

Once it is properly cured, keep it dark and cool. It will last for ever in an air tight container. But don´t freeze it.

Ha, if you have any extra of that, Bloomington(IU)is a huge market just waiting to be conquered by some bomb buds. Just a thought
