When to Harvest Question

Alright, I've harvested one of my five. The trichs were about 70/30 and I wanted a more heady high. However it's leafy bud, which pisses me off a bit. NOW, one of the plants still going, is super thick budwise but the trichs aren't ready yet, 100% cloudy, no amber. The other plants lean more toward leafy then fat budwise.

Should I have left the one plant that I harvested to fatten up, even though the Trichs were right? I'm not suggesting that I harvest the fat bud plant because it's trichs aren't ready yet. But the other 3, which lean more toward the leafy side, should I let'em go as long as the weather with let them to "ripen" so to speak, regardless of trich color?

BTw, this is all the same strain, that strain however is unknown.

Cut when you have your first frost on the way...
When the night temp hits the upper 30's is about right.....

I forgot to write that I have them in big pots, so, as with last night, I bring them in when it's supposed to frost or freeze. Which means I can keep this grow going for another couple weeks I believe, or at east until the daytime highs are too cold.
