if the plant has been out there continuously through all of the rain, then yeah i'd pull it inside. there are plenty of threads with how much ferts to feed a flowering plant

its been back and forth between drizzling and pouring.. does that make a diff?

if there is standing water in the pot, and it has been raining for two days, there is probably standing water in the pot and you dont want the soil to be soaking wet you want it to be damp. i advise pulling it inside
