still have a question about branch breakage

alright perhaps i had a few beers yesterday when i posted my last message, lol.
This is what happened:
I broke off the lowest branch of my plant and it snapped right off the main stem. That left a hole, well an indentation in the stem. Is there something i should do to heal it or is this not going to affect it?
If it helps ill describe my girl:
Shes a kush from afghanistan my friend Omar gave to me, shes 4 feet tall, with many short, curved upward branches with small buds on them now, It's main stem has good girth, the bottom is about as wide as a quarter dollar (US$) i mean, so the indentation is about 1.5cm deep.
