I wouldn´t risk repotting this late. Unless you have a really good reason.

How long have they been flowering and how big is the pot coz if its really small and they only just really started flowering it could be worth trying to repot them.

cut of the bottom of the pot and double pot the plant wont know what happened

So is it not worth it? Does the roots grow any during flowering stage? I thought it was only during veg?

Depends how much repotting experience you have.. if you think you can do it then go for it! The more rootbound it is the easier it will be.

I really do think that is probably best. Your plant has finished laying down roots now, and its growing effort is going into bud production. It is best to leave the roots you have undisturbed, IMHO.
