Wouldn't that attract ants to your crop? Just wondering...

Also what happens if you add coco power..not the sweet but the cooking kind?

I used organic molasses (along with another flowering fert) and I had NO bug problems, NO mould problems... just big fat buds..

I thought there were some pretty intense studyings on molasses used during flowering???

I don't think I will use it this year, but last year it sure didn't hurt..

If you want to buy an easily obtained flowering fert, look for something designed for fruiting tomatoes, where the P and K are higher than the N. Good luck.

A quick search has come up with one use for molasses - spraying dilute on agricultural plants as a microbial nutrient to boost the plants immune response, which can be reliant on microbes growing on it.

I would never spray sticky molasses on my girls. Stick to organic ferts.
