Question Too late to transplant

I have a 3 ft tall mostly indica (started in June after I screwed up my first plant) that has just started to flower last week. Unfortunately, it is in a 2 gallon pot. With only about 6 weeks left to flower should I transplant to a larger pot and risk shocking the plant or just let it finish up where she lies? I live in upstate NY if that matters ... any advice would be welcome.

Remove it gently from its pot, without disturbing the root ball. Place it in the larger pot and surround it with your fresh soil. Water. It will not be shocked at all, it is only rough treatment of the roots that causes shock when transplanting.
