hermi question

ok so as i thought at first my plant is infact a hermi. the lower main nodes werent developing pistils with hairs, the little spade things were growin out a little but growin real slow. and on one there were two at one node. so im convinced it was pollen sacks and pinched them all off. my question is will they grow back?
