Pollinating with a herm

I got some questions about using a herm to pollenate a female... Someone told me that if you pollinate a female with a hermie that the seeds will be 95% female is this true? and what percentage would the seeds on the hermie be?

from readin around the site, its true, polinating a female with pollen from a female gone hermi, will give you feminized seeds, something like 99% females.

edit- oh yea someone correct me if im wrong, but i thought if the hermi pollinated itself theyd be hermi seeds?

Hermie seeds give you seeds that only produce females and hermies, they will not produce any males. That rate isint guarenteed, but if you take care of them its very high.

That is how the seed banks produce FEMINISED seeds. They treat a female with gibberelic acid to make it go hermie and produce pollen sacs, it pollinates itself (and any other females around) - the resulting seeds are then female.
