smoking and usage

High,
I put my plant on flowering about a week ago( I notices orange hairs on the plant)

, first I would turn on the lights manually(i don't have a timer) at 12pm then off at 12am but I find it hard to turn them off at the exact time sometimes its 11/12, 12/11 etc. what should I do

^^^ That, or become decicated. If you're gonna do it manually - make sure you're gonna commit to doing it... or the results won't be nearly as good IMO.
