The other day I was walking in a wooded area and I found a plant that looked like it could be weed. I took a leaf with me and took a picture. The plant is well over 6 feet and the main stalk is all green, unlike small maple trees with a brown bark stalk. Are there plants out there that have leaves just like pot? How sure can you be? I attached the picture.

It look alot like cannabis, but I don't think it is.

There's a couple plants that closey resemble mj. Like Kenaf

hard to see a bit in the pic but the leaves look alot like pot..they grow with 5, 7, 9 fingers just like mj

its not hibbiscus, kenaf or texas star since they all have 5 leaves and mj has 7 like in the picture and its not japanese maple. I vote mj.

MJ can have 3,5,7,9,11 leaves

That is NOT MJ. If you notice the leaves are all connected with a "web" at the base of the stem.

It looks like a buckeye leaf maybe! Definitely not cannabis, though.

edit: I don't think it's a buckeye leaf, but still not weed, sorry
