My Plant [Started Too Late :( ]

Here are some pics of my plant, I know I started too late! I wish I had a place for indoor grow. This plant is a month and a few days old. I measured it at 4.5" on the dot. When should I start adding fertilizer and when can I transplant it to the ground?

For fertilization could spread a layer of walmart potting soil at the base of the plant?

Edit--
I was reading about training your plants, I didn't understand it too much... Can someone tell me what to do for that?

it has been ready to be transplanted to the ground since its 3rd internode, but now since uve had it indoors u may have to let it get used to the outdoors for a while. keep it in an area where u can keep a close eye on it, after about a week or so take it back to ur grow spot and transplant it into the ground.

and dont worry its not too late for the plant, i have just started growing mine. by the end of the grow it should be triple the size it is now.

i dont know anything about fertilizers so i cant help you there.

Okay, I am still wondering when I should transplant this plant into the ground and I still have quite a few questions with this being my first grow.

Okay here is the list

  1. When should I transplant this into the ground?
  2. What type of fertilizer should I use?
(For this I had an idea but, I am not sure if it will work. What I was going to do was when I plant it in the ground get rid of as much soil as possible from the plant and use new potting soil. What would you do?)
  3. Do you think I will get even a small yeild (if it's female) by the time it is to harvest it?
  4. Last question, what color are my underpants.

sorry dude, but your plant looks like shit, and your soil looks dry as hell. i would scratch the operation and start over man, cuz you'll just end up wasting time in the end. if you want to grow pot do it for real with multiple plants
