can a femal plant turn male if its very stressed

well im wondering if my female plant will turn male it just survied a very hard marble size hail storn and about 1/3 of the leaves and branches are gone and is that casuing my plant to stress out and turn male?

yes thats called a hermaphrodite or how ever you spell it. you could cut it down since it wo'nt produce bud or you can leave it and ge fem. seeds. your choice.

Doesn't mean it's a hermie yet, doesn't mean it will go hermie. Only time will tell.

No a male can't go female and a hermie does produce bud along with male pollen sacs which if you want to keep growing the bud you have to cut off ALL of the pollen sacs on the herm.
