Here, let me simplify the concept for those of you who are mis-understanding.

Canada has lots of good weed.
U.S. wants lots of good weed.

U.S. has lots of crack and meth (compared to Canada).
Canada wants lots of crack and meth.

Basically if the Canadian weed was worth $1,000 dollars in B.C. it could sell for $4,000 in New York.

The $1,000 dollars of Crack from the U.S. could sell for $4,000 in B.C.

Both the Canadians and the Americans have a 400% profit margin, and what is organized crime all about? PROFIT!

The government loses money fighting a war on drugs. Incarcerating people costs roughly $30,000 a year. The court costs and fines only make a fraction of that money back.

the TAXPAYERS (us) pay for the war on us (the smokers). we are the one who pay taxes and the govt collects them. prisons make money off of us, courts make money off of us, and cops make money off of us. when you get arrested, you pay for being held in a cell (booking fee), and your charges and court costs, and diversion programs too.

i was in a 3 hour drug class that i paid $75 for for getting caught with weed.there were like 30 of us in there. dont tell me that they arent making a profit.

They should just realize by now, if America really was against marijuana, do you really think that canada would be getting so much business from us?

I cant understand how they dont realize half the stuff out there that is plain as day.

How do you know Canada wants lots of crack and meth?
If theres a survey,or some chart,study,or statistics on Canada's meth/crack problems,then i will understand.

They also make money on it too...increased spending, beefed up police forces (payrolls), etc. It's a business, no doubt about it.

There is just an extremely low supply in Canada, thus a large demand.
