Police in suburban Fort Worth, Texas, said a videotape found in a search for stolen goods appears to show two teenagers persuading a 2-year-old boy and his 5-year-old brother to smoke marijuana.

This is what the war on drugs does. It allows a perfectly good substance get into the hands of stupid kids who will do stupid things like this.

The sad part of the story is now the kids are in protective custody, most likely being treated worse than they were before. Thank god we have the nice police officers that want to "protect" these kids by removing them from their home, ruining the lives of the entire family.

What seems worse, a 2 year old stoned on cannabis, or a 2 year old without a mother being taken care of by possibly abusive foster parents after being exposed to unknown treatment by the "authorities".

Its not really the kid's fault. Its the parents and the governments fault.

Fact: Its easier for teens to get marijuana than it is for them to get alcohol.
Fact: Alcohol is a controlled substance.
Fact: Marijuana is a banned substance.
Fact: Banning Marijuana sets up a black market.

This just shows how shitty the war on drugs is. Those teens wouldn't have a substance that is harming those kids if it wasn't for our government.

Marijuana is not for the young, it does lung damage when smoked, there is no doubt.

That's why they should legalize it, then regulate it like they do alcohol and put a lot of drug dealers, and a lot of government employees out of work .
