"Absolute power corrupts absolutely", and those employed to enforce the prohibition have enormous amounts of power over the individuals they come in contact with, who have often done nothing more than possess the flowers of a plant.

Martin is accused of asking a 20-year-old female inmate to expose herself and allow him to touch her sexually in exchange for a candy bar. The incident reportedly occurred while the two were traveling in a police transport van.

The inmate, who was being held on marijuana possession charges, told police she was not threatened by Martin but showed him her chest and allowed him to touch her because the bailiff had a lot of power in court, and she wanted to go home, court records state.

Police said Martin admitted it was not the first time he had improperly touched an inmate.

Sorry Amsterdamage, but I have to disagree o this.

Now, I'm not saying they guy isn't at fault, but the article clearly states she consented.

I'm sorry bitch, but you tried to use your body to get you out of a situation and it backfired. Suck it up. Don't deny responsibility for what you did and cry sexual assault. That's total bullshit.

Personally, i feel this article applied more to the unintended consequences of lawsuits and never accepting responsibitily for your actions.
