Laws about police searches
So I just had a buddy go down for posession with intent to sell, and it turns out he could have legaly said no when the officer wanted to search him.
So does anyone have a good link or something with clear info about this stuff? Like when you can say no and such?

there's some videos available about this stuff on youtube and whatnot.
but usually when they ask to search you then they have no probable cause. If they have a warrant or probable cause they ain't gonna ask. sorry about your friend man it sux that this is even considered illegal with all the evil shit that goes down in the world that is considered legal.
