Even the judge thinks this is ridiculous huh? So that El Dorado sheriff befriended them for 3 years before working with the feds? Geez

I believe they'll win their appeals. They have plenty to appeal with.
In the meantime, the judge illegally stipulated that she must'nt sign any recommendations for cannabis to patients. I hope they file an injunction against that stipulation, as it's against the law which states no sanctions shall be put upon doctors who recommend cannabis, and it's against her constitutional rights, as well.
