decriminalized means its like the same crime as jwalking... so i think if its under an ounce it wont get put on ur record... and r u sure its decriminalized, cuz this says otherwise.

wow a lot of you guys need to calm down and read more about this. Decriminalized is much different than legal. Most states with decriminalization will just fine you $200-500 with no permanant criminal record, but all states' laws are different.

This is good news for all Vermont smokers, but whats going on here in NH? I thought i heard something about a bill to decrimalize cannabis going through the state, i wonder if its true.

yah fuck guys...im an idiot, i heard this from a friend then i got a facebook thing saying it was on its way to be decriminalized, and being the dumb ass i am read it as "its decriminalized" fuck. well anyways its still good, the bill passed a certian stage in the process and is one step closer. me and some friends drove to VT to celebrate anyways that night.

YYYYYEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA why is it that the states with the dankest buds are the only ones decriminalizing? its not fair...but shit i think i gotta move to vermont....its it decriminalized the 215 in cali or or just wont get arrested if youve got a little bit of bud on you?

Yea I'm from Vermont and when read this thread I immediately started contacting friends. I had known that a bill was working its way through the legislature but hadnt realized it had passed. Needless to say my friends and i were very dissapointed to learn that this thread was bogus. Please research before posting! I was heartbroken to learn the truth. It was like finding out Santa isnt real for a second time!
