on one of my last visits to Nepal i was able to capture the proximity of cannabis to houses and small buisness. It grows everywhere, even in front of police check points... cannabis actually was discovered in Nepal and parts of China where they meet.. it is worshipped on one day of the year called " shivaratri" literally means night of shiva. At this festive time , no one is excempt from partaking in cannabis not even the prime minister and king!! I have personally tried BHANG LASSIS and they are extremely potent! Even the most hard core smoker would find these drinks a bit too much! The Us goverment paid the king of Nepal in 1974 40 million to make it illegal. and now it still is albeit with a liberal sort of attitude.. The hashish is STILL ranked as the BEST IN THE WORLD. and there is an international consensus on that!! GO TO NEPAL if you ever get a chance.. lol

Nepal sounds great. Those are some real nice ganja plants in that video especially the first one you see. Its awesome that there is a day to celebrate the plant in Nepal, I could go for some Bhang or hashish right now too . Interesting also that the US paid Nepal to make it illegal, i had never known that.
