UPS not a safe way to ship MJ

A receptionist for the Cook County public defender's office pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges she accepted a delivery of nearly 38 pounds of marijuana at her Loop office.

Lamour Holloway, 40, of the 2300 block of West Monroe Street, is charged with possession of cannabis.

She was arrested Nov. 27 after an undercover officer, dressed as a UPS worker, delivered the package to Holloway at the Cook County Administration Building at 69 W. Washington St.

A police dog had detected drugs in the package, which was shipped from California and addressed to Holloway.

A short time later, Holloway was arrested when, prosecutors said, she attempted to load the drugs into a vehicle in which her husband was waiting.

hmm well lets see alpha...i smoke about 2 grams a day but if i came up on 38 pounds id up that to an 1/8th a day...so...1/8th a day comes out to an ounce every 8 days which comes out to a pound every 128 days...and you have 38 pounds so 38 times 128 = 4864 days = 13 years and 4 months and 2 days im pretty sure....if you can smoke 38 pounds in a year that would be amazing

lol.. for sure an easy 45,000 depending on quality and location!! I hear that though.. I would be smoked out for life with 38pounds but I can't believe they chanced that kind of a delivery through the mail!!!!!

UPS is still the safest shipping company to ship with. We do not search any packages. Period. I work for UPS. The only time a package gets intercepted is when there is a search warrant for a particular package, in which case it in handed over.

The only other way to get busted with UPS is to have your package rip open somewhere due to poor packaging. Even so, we are supposed to keep our mouths' shut, retape it, and send it on its way.

Ive come across packages full of pills quite frequently.

I honestly dont know what FedEx policy is regarding packages. but you cant get more descrete and UPS. they are the most expensive shipping company however.

vacuum seal multiple times and package EXTREAMLY well. As long as its domestic its not being sniffed for drugs. What happens is its packaged bad and breaks open or someone steps on it and crushes it and it goes to quality assurance. they examine all the shit to make sure its not broken, if they found weed i'm sure they would pocket that shit in a second. Also rain, if a box gets damaged due to rain, it gets repackaged. Best time to send your weed is during the summer. FedEx is just fine, so is UPS... Nobody likes their job at DHL so i'm sure they wouldn't give a shit what your shipping, money is money lol.
