can't really trust what appears to be a bucket with some holes in it, but it sounds pretty good

obviously never tried bubbler growing, once tweaked and temps under control, would be hard to find a system with better growth rates, temps are your main concern, if you can keep the water/nutes under 73F degrees you shouldnt have too much trouble as long as you keep your nute strength not to strong,

hope that helps, though as ChronicTokR said, you can build your own for cheap too.
