Can anyone tell me what type of compact flourescent bulbs (like the photo below) are best to add blue light to my existing HPS? I'd like to hang a few to compliment my HPS Super Agro (which has some blue value, but I'd like a bit more) Thanks in advance!

To add to the question, is a 37 watt flouro with a bunch of bounce boards enought for a plant?

Thanks, I wasnt sure. Everyone was talking about using 400 watts and im thinking "crap, im 343 watts off" what if it was more than one plant? Say... 8 sproutlings
