ok so i live in a very hot and humid state and over the summer i plan on building a grow box in my outdoor elevated shed. i pretty much know all the specs on the box i am building but i have one question. considering it gets pretty damn hot here in the summer should i use a small a/c unit to cool the intake air or would it be alright to just pump air inside from out of the shed?

P.S. the box dimensions are 6ft tallx4ftx4ft.(this will be my first grow)

From the sounds of it you will have to AC the intake air and def vent the exuast out the top of the shed... Dont wanna burn your ladys up, try to get temp between 75-80...

yea i'll prolly have a 6 inch vent on top. i only plan on growing 3-4 plants, i am gonna try n get away with a 400 hps. i have the plans all drawn up on AUTOCAD just trying to figure out how to post them on here.
