i was wondering how long does it take to sprout from the soil and should i water during this time? cause i been watering less then 20 ml of water a day

you should germinate them first but if not probably a week. read and reread differnt grow guides for different techniques

could be a couple days, could be ten or so. depends. just water enough to keep the soil moist but not wet.
