you dont cut off the top to get morelight to the bottom... if your node spacing is short there should be no reason not toget a donkey dick bud(s).
what i do to speed up thr process of the lower buds growing upwards to form one big long bud is by tipping the top of each colla (cuttingoff about 1/8 of an inch off the very top) This slows the top growth just like in fimming and promotes fattening of the main top bud and speeding up of the budlets below it.

so instead of the whole cola... just its peak?-and i am talking about the branches not the top top bud the queen nug is filling in greatly i just got these stemy branches with a fat bowl for the colas and then littler baby buds below on the leaf nodes.. There are from six to eight nodes (counting botthsies of course) to each branch the are just little bundles of pistols white hairs... am i beig impatient? should i just let em fill in?
