Stealth Box, Will these lights w/ this setup work?

Im a first time grower, even though ive had this setup in my room for close 2 a year, just haven't had time 2 put it 2 good use. In my room i have 2 boxes on top of one another with the bottom of the top cut out and the top of the bottom cut out, so when placed on top of each other there is a cavity between which is about H26 L36 and W18 and looks like this:


Inside i have 2 lights boxes, 1 of them is a 2 tube "20" Aquaglass Aquarium Pre-heat 15w" this is all i know cuz its on each of the tubes. and also another which is a 4 tube" 20" Aqualife 96watt 50/50 (im not sure what the 50/50 means but im pretty sure it has something 2 do w/ 2 of the lights being blueish when they are on) Are these lights adequate for what im trying 2 do? Here is what they look like


My overall question is, will these lights grow what i need inside the box? will they do the trick? Thanx for your post and help*

Ok you have a good start but there are a few more things you may need to do.
your box will need to be ventilated(pc fans, or a blower)
idk what that bulb type is but they are flouro fixtures so you could go get some better bulbs.
you will want to get a high pressure sodium light to flower
and what are the dimensions of the box.

ohh and if that thing is lined with tin foil rip that shit out and either paint it white or go to home depot and get some mylar. Tin foil will cause hot spots and burn your plants.
so now you got some work to do... get to it and post any questions you may have.

some of my friends have used tin foil and haven't had the problem, i thought u could only get hotspots if u used the other side of the foil
