White Widow

Alright I got a white widow seedling in which the stem is growing really tall, basically reaching for the sky, I have kept the light near one inch from it and its still happening, even less than 1 inch.

The lights are not hot enough for this to damage the plant but the stem is still growing crazy.

I have read that this can be common of white widow, any comments? the stem is strong btw.

It is so young that its gonna do what its gonna do regardless. Just chase the stretch with some dirt. This is very common in any plant. My Lowryder did the same thing and my lights were 2 or 3 inches away. All i did was add some dirt to the pot so it didn't fall over.

yep i had the same with ww so i just proped it up with a tooth pic now i have great bg thik stalks!!

In the two white widow that I just did one stretched to like 3 inches right away, and then had really tight internode spacing, and the other one, didn't stretch almost at all; maybe a cm off the rock wool, and it's also pretty tight together.

Seems like it's just luck of the draw.
