hi all can anyone tell me if a nute with npk of 10.6:4.4:1.7 is any good and how old should the plant before i start nutes thanks for any help

Yeah.
That’s fine. Make sure it has micro nutrients as well. I would not feed until about 3.5 weeks old, 3-5 nodes in height or the cotyledon leaves (first baby round leaves) are STARTING to brown and crumble.
