There are lots of solutions. Try to be creative. You could use weather stripping, or foam insulation, or cardboard, or a heavy blanket, there are hundreds of solutions. Try to come up with the one that works best for you.

Good luck!

deja vu. Just saw another thread like this so im just gonna copy and paste, tell you the same thing.

I had the same problem in my grow box. I took white poster board, and spray painted one side black. I put the black side against the door and had the white side facing the plant. It reflects all the light, and doesn't let any through.

Hope this helps.

Expanding foam insulation works great. You can buy it at any diy center. Its great for filling in all the tiny impossible cracks.

i had the same problem approaching flowering with my new setup and opted for removing flowering plants to another, light-proof area of the house. This way you can veg another 6/8 hours after they are put to bed.not ideal i know, but I plan on dismantling again soon anyhow
