Plant´s optimal condictions for growing?

Greatings, this is the first time i wright here, and the first growing aswell. I´ve got a few questions that need to be considered before I start my growing.

What i have got so far is!
-10 bagseeds (Skywalker ®)
-1x 400w HPS (Econo 400w HPS with Chrome Reflector-Inside Sun)
-lifetime supplies of first class icelandic water

1. Co2
-What ways are there too control it?
-price range..?
-how important is it really?

2. the Plant
-what is tha plant´s optimal condictions for growing?
-what should i be most focused on during my growing?
-are nutrients necessary?what should I eat for lunch ?

Ok this is all i can think of asking for now, if there is anything you think i sould know about or just some things that i sould keep in mind plz let me know. I am going to focus veary hard on this growing but like the most of us i dont have too much cash to spend, so i will be looking for practical solutions. I´m planning keeping a Growing Jurnal.

I wouldn't worry about Co2 on your first grow unless you're growing in an area with really poor ventilation/air circulation.......

That's a lot of really general questions which require long-winded answers. You're best off doing some reading and some searches here on the forum before you start your grow. There's plenty of information for the first-timer and you should familiarize yourself with it first. Good luck!

WELCOME TO GROWING!!!!

1 co2-- I have nevwer ran co2 myself but i do know that unless your ventilation and lighting are dialed in Co2 is not effective.. Plus a Co2 generator is kinda pricey.. I have heard of fellow growers using a yeast concoction in a 2liter to make co2 rather cheep... Also a burning candle creates co2 but o me thats to much of a fire risk..

2.The plants optimum conditions would be 75-78degrees with a humidy at 50-60% veg-30-40% in flowering..
Dont just focus on one main thing every thing should be watched just the same. My advice is to keep a grow log with dates of water ing feeding and strengh of feeding so that if some thing great/ bad happens you know exactly what you did...
NUTES are not a must if you wanna grow schagg.. For the first 2-3 weeks of its life the plant wil not need any food.. When the lil round leaves(colidens I think thats the right name for em) start to yellow and fall off then your ready to feed them. Start with a 1/4 strengh fert at first.. Marijuana can take high amounts of food but must be bilt up slowly.. ANYTHING ELSE?? choke with ya later
