Some Lights I Saw At Wal-Mart (But Let's Do It Right This Time.)

OK, so I was at walmart looking for real lights. I don't want to do this half assed anymore. So, they have a ballast (For $10 !!!) and a selection of lights. I don't know what kind to get though. I know that for flowering you need HID and that the "Daylight" ones are good for vegging. Ok, they have the daylight ones, but how do I find the HID lights? Not one single one said MH, HPS, or HID. Also, they had some lights that said "For Plants And Aqauriums" in a green box (makes you wonder if stoner's aren't the target consumer) and one that said "residential" or something but it said "high in red and blue spectrum." I read that the red spectrum is good for flowering, so would this light work? Since it's red and blue maybe its good for vegging and flowering? Please help.

High intensity discharge grow lights (HID) I'm pretty sure you won't find at Wally mart...too many pussies Already and I to ahhhhhhhh....no stay away the "For Plants And Aqauriums" tubes...you get better results with..here I have something for you to read

Tubes are available in a range of colour temperatures: 6000K (daylight), 4000K (cool white), 3500K (white) and 3000K (warm white). Daylight tubes have more blue in their spectrum and warm white more red. Results are not much different whatever tubes you use but, if you have the choice, either use a mix of warm white and cool white or change from cool to warm white when the flowering stage starts.

yea, it does help alot. thanks. in fact, this calls for one of those +rep things i've heard so much about. I've never given one but lets see if it works.
