i recently had a sick one ---those damn gnats!!
i took it out , rinsed it thouroghly, and then realized i was out of soil ....
i only had a cuople handfuls of dirt n alot of perlite..65% of the mix ended up perlite --
went into a cup then roots came through the bottom.....
i put it into a gallon bucket w/ pump n airstone....it is thriving !!!!!!
i was wondering if anyone could tell me if the bucket is too small or if things should be alright.
its currently under 150HPS n 320fluro..1/4 strength flora nova grow food...

any input is appreciated..........THANX......

how big is the bucket? also, how much water is in there? how close is it to the seed in the bucket.. maybe the water level is too low

the bucket is a one gallon, 1/2 full
the cup is suspended about 1/2 inch above water...bubbles explode directly onto roots,this plant started life in soil (4 weeks)and is now 1 week into being "hydro"
i know shit about hydro!!!!
