how long can i get about 2-3 plants to veg stage under this circle bulb before i gotta get more lighting?

not to long, even with a minimum of light they will go to flower . make sure you spray the leaves (humidity goes up) When you got you're other lights bring them to 12/12 at once and don't spray them anymore (humidity under 50%).

The hardest thing about growing is keeping you're small plants alive (not enough light and they will die, too much light and they will go to flower.

I had to do it for 1 week once and I placed them under 4 tl lights (this worked out and the yield was normal but I lost a week)
