ok first...you said they are not gettin 18/6 always? they need consitant light...also what kind of light are you using...if you are not using the adequate light then that could be the saggy result and dying. You need to water them good and let the plants use up the water pretty good before watering again. I would suggest using a HPS light or MH(HID lights are the best)

I had plants that did that in a hydro system. Im pretty sure it was a root problem called damping off. Do the leaves get spots(bloches) before they go? or just turn solid yellow? Are your leaf stems Purple(sign of stress)?They kept wiltting then getting alittle better. Soon the wilt spells became longer with more dead leaves each time. One plant died the other bareley survived. Damping off is fatal and there is little you can do. If you feel this is your problem you might want to consider taking some clones while she is still alive. I took 10 off mine and all survived. now I have a jungle! lol Hope this helps! Peace -T.Bug
