Rubbermaid Grow Container???? help plz!

OK. so i got a hold of 2 count um 2 nugget seeds lol . Not much i know.. and probability is against me ... but imma try it out. This is my 2nd grow in the last year.. im kind of new to the whole growing thing, but o well.. can someone tell me wut they think? I need suggestions but plz.. keep the amount of $$ to a minimum because im on a budget for god sakes

INDOOR

Supplies:
-2 3 inch computer fans (hooked to batteries)
-1 rubbermaid 22 gallon box (roughtote is the name of the box lol)
-Reflective mylar to line the inside
- 1 150 watt candascent grow bulb (bought from GreenThumber, 1 of my cities local grow/flower/and lawn shops) this confuses me because i dont know if this is exactly what i want for my growspace.... the lady said it was perfect for growing indoor tomatoes as well as indoor roses, which are both similar to growing pot, but will it work?????
-Miracle Gro Moisture Control Dirt/Fert/pellet blend

Wut i plan to do is put the fans on 2 sides of the walls right across from one another
the grow bulb will be placed in the middle with the electrical socket for the bulb attached to a homemade pully system. the mylar will be placed around the whole rubbermaid container, and i will make a 4 inch in diameter hole in an opposite side of the container for a 4 inch vent fan that will be placed backwards so air goes outward.

Im trying to keep the price down, but the product good.. so plz give me some thumbs up or thumbs down(plz help me if you give me a thumbs down lol)

if the plant lives.. i plan to move it to a 6 foot high x 4 foot wide wooden closet with the exact same set up?

another improvement.. the 150 watt grow bulb is now going to be a 2 foot flourecent day/night replicating growbulb . I found this at a store called Wallaces.. bomb!! only 74.99 with the 2 foot bulb + a coolio stand lol...
