White widow soil / nutes mix ?

Does anyone have any good soil / nute recipee's that they could share ?
I just got White widow and B.C. Mango .
I heard white widow is a little tricky to grow .
Any help would be greatly appreciated , and you can even call yourself my coach .

i'm just finishing a grow with a mango included. she has done amazinf in organic Flower Power soil mixed with good sized vermaculite. the first month and a half the soils nutes are sufficient to sustain a good grow. i use organic ferts as well more so because i use for medical reasons. the mango smells amazing and the buds are dense and fat. i also have just started a White Russian using the same soil mixture. White Russian is a cross between white widow and ak-47. she looks healthy as ever under two agro sun 40w fluorescent bulbs in a hydrofarm fixture. when they begin flowering they are put beneath a 400w hydro farm hps. it's ideal for myself. any questions feel free to ask.
