Does anyone use H202 hydrogen peroxide i heard its good for roots defends against root rot and other diseases and good for oxygen.
-When is it safe to use it?
-how much should i use to a gallon and how for how many days?

I too am curious about this. I have heard similar reports but can't remember how much or when etc....

I use it from germination to harvest. 1/4 teaspoon per gallon normally and double or triple that depending on root fungus, algae growth in res/soil, etc.

Always pre-mix water and let it sit overnight, some of the H2O2 will break down during that time as well.
