Yeah i also have a MH and a HPS i would def just use the HPS. The MH is nice to use for about a week i sall because it did cause them to get a lil bushier, but then it kinda stunted using it so i switched back to HPS and it seems to work a little better. i suggest that you use white flouresnt light during seedling and veg cause the hps might be too much for the little ones at first and i would use the 400 hps just for flowering

I use both 1000watt HPS and 1000watt MH, side by side (2ft apart) in my flowering room. I like the MH during flowering - I personally think it makes the buds BIGGER and the previous post it correct, my nodes are MUCH closer together, I usually end up with 12-16" main colas weighing close to 1/2oz (dry)... But all you really need is an HPS and you will get really good results... |
