Need help figuring out a grow location inside. *plz read/Help! :)*

Shoot me some ideas here on indoor growing.

But first--heres my situation AND delima lol :P


I live with my parents in a house. My room is somewhat small--its packed with all sorts of shit. I wanna grow plants badly, my friends are all planning on it--and I'll probally end up helping them out, but I wanna be able to grow my own.
Anyhow, so I'd like to grow some plants either way possible--I might end up growing outdoors (but sense I live in WA state its kinda hard, but we have been getting a good amt. of sunlight over here)


Ok to cut to the chase.


First of all heres the requirments for the bud that I'd grow if I grew it indoors.
1.)The strain/Bud has to be short--not tall, as I'm limited in space
2.) It can't smell at ALL when flowering. I've heard of some bud that doesn't smell--but I can't risk any sort of smell at all, my parents let say--will not approve...lol!
3.) I can't waste that much electricity, or at least noticble levels on the electrical bill my dad will be getting.



No heres my options of where in my room to possibly grow:

1.) I have a "closet"--well sorta. Basically its two white sliding door thingys that open up--has a bunch of storage shit inside. On the right side theres the water heater for the house--and a upper area where I store a old rc car, and a bunch of other stuff that I don't use anymore. This space above the water heater is kinda limited--I could put a plant up there sure--but it sure as hell can't grow that high. I'm talking like 1 or so feet max.

2.) I have a big desk that I use for my college school work. Its got two drawers to the right--not really big enough for a plant. Yet to the left I have a little door that opens up, I store some stuff in there-like my car amp and other stuff that I don't have room for. I could grow a plant to about 1 1/2 feet in there--its totally dark in there when the little doors closed to so you couldn't see any light. Yet if that door is opened--DOOM ...lol youll see the plant blatenly in your face. :P lol!

3.) I sleep on a futon, theres not much room underneth it obviously (in height wise) but theres pleanty of area underneth it to grow. But I think that Its to risky, and there would be to much light bleeding. Yet I have this HUGE comforter that covers over the sides of the bed--so there is a possibility to grow underneth there.

4.) I have a old fender bass amp that doesn't work anymore--it has some room inside of it. And I could sorta rearange my room to cover up the amp, or at least make it so that no light would shine through. Its a smallish amp--not some huge ass amp or anything like that.

5.) Else where in the house. Well theres not really anymore in the house, I mean there are places to grow, yet its a 50-50 chance that the plant would be discovered and I don't want to take that risk.



But mainly the most important thing is that the plant doesn't smell when flowering. And if theres no strain out there that doesn't smell when flowering then it can't smell that much at all--unless you get really close to its source, and the smell can be masked by insense e.t.c. e.t.c.

Growing outside is a option here. Theres a park that is literly my back yard. And its a forest park, not some community park with slides and swings and shit. lol
Yet growing outside is troublesome to becuase here in WA state we get a lot of rain, the sun still shines however, yet it doesn't get that warm here, and when it does get warm its only for like a week or so--so not that much. Yet the sun shines for a average of 8 hours of so a day now that its basically the summer.

Yet even if I was to grow outside I'd still want to germinate, and partially grow the plant(s) inside to strengthn them up under some floros or whatever.

ps/side note: This growing isn't for selling or whatever-its for personal use, and just the fun factor behind growing your own living plant from a seed and then actually being able to smoke it--to me thats awesome. I've always loved the concept behind growing, its always been so cool, interesting, and really neat to me.
So plant/bud yeild isn't a really big factor, hell 1 plant that I could possibly clone, or not clone is fine.




EDIT: Ya--as well as no, or VERY little smell when flowering, I'd like the plant to have a short germination to flowering phase--that way I can pick the plants asap and get rid of the evidence of growing. lol! :P

ok heres the deal, you have a zerp percent chance of getting away with a grow op in your hosue with parents, believe me, even the least potent smelling strain will stink enough for your parents to smell...do it outside

I'll probally end up growing outside.
I'll germinate the seeds in my room--but thats not a big deal. Then one day I'll simply plant the germinated seeds into some platic cups w/ a soil/compost mixture--and just sit them outside and make sure to water them a little bit once in a while.
Hopefully they will grow--well actually if the seeds germinated more then likely the seeds will grow. But hopefully they will flower eventually :P

Im not saying do it but it is possible. I have used a rubermaid storage container that is about 2 1/2 feet tall. Get your self some High wattage CFL's(they are very good on power consumtion). You can get a silent fan and cut a hole for ventalation if you want. or keep it sealed for the smell. That should fit in your cloest and blend in with the other storage things in there. But if you can grow outside you will get much better yield and it would be safer. So whatever you do good luck with your grow. ( well i just realized that this is over a year old so let this be information to others with the same problem.)

It's possible to grow indoors, but imo the thought of my parents ending up doing jail time because i wanted to get high doesn't sit well with me. I think you should do a guerilla grow! Go find a nice secluded spot out in some woods and plant them there. Take them some nutrients every week or whatever and you will get some dank budz

You are not in a position to run a grow op. Don't grow indoors or out at your parent's house, wait until you have your own place.
