female and male

ok, someone told me that you can't have a male and a female plant together cause something will happen.... what really happends when there together? and the female has the white line right?

The male will pollenate the female and then the female produces more seeds then bud. Most growers, unless they're breeding, are trying to grow sinsemilla (mj without seeds). This is why they kill the males in order to prevent seedy weed.

The white lines are actually pistils that grow out of the calyx on the female.
