Whats the proportions for soil watering - 1 tablespoon or 1 teaspoon per galon ?

One teaspoon per litre or one tablespoon per galon.

You are better off to underdo it than overdo it. I recommend 1 teaspoon per gallon 2-3 times during the grow.
