Need pump and exhaust advice on my new SCROG....HELP!

So, this looks like it will work but I wanted to get y'alls feedback. Specifically pertaining to exhaust fans and pumps.

I need to know what kind/size pump to get water from the reservoir to the water cooled lamp as well as for the stones in my bubble buckets.

I want to put a nice and big exhaust fan with a charcoal scrubber in the ceiling....but I want to vent it to the outside...problem is I would have to run about 25-30 feet of bendable exhaust hose. Do I need a larger fan to push the air that far?

Ideas...Opinions?
