Flora Nova bloom

Hey so I made up a solution thats running at 1390 ppm (going off of general hydro website) how often and how much do I need to add to my plants?

I use the chart on the left and give my soil plants full strength every single watering until flush. I also use the same formulas for my 2 5 gal. DWC bubblebuckets that get changed out every 10 days. For topping those off I use plain tap water.
