Buying a grow house

Ok, so I am a caregiver for many people because they all love my meds. I can grow many plants legaly (at least under state law), but this is a way bigger operation then I want to have in my house. I am thining with the crappy house market about buying a second house to have as just a grow house, any ideas, questions comments?

yeah as long as its a good area. I also know a thing or two about real estate. let me know how it goes. Colorado's real estate market is starting to turn around. You can also buy it to sell for the future and turn a good profit.

Re: Buying a grow house

A house that is secluded would obviously be a good bet. Smell.

Re: Buying a grow house

I would look/buy for a container or prefab to convert, rather then a livable structure.

If your gonna live on the property great, but I don't think you want to sleep with your crop.

I'm currently layed off and looking to relocate, you need a property manager/security guard, let me know where to sign up, lol.

Great idea though, if you can keep people out of it while you aren't there. I know if anyone tried that around here and people found out what was inside, someone would try to get at it, though it isn't legal here, on any level. That may change things.

Re: Buying a grow house

Propety manager that's not a bad idea....

Well on the plus side it's on a dead end 4 wheel drive road, and the closest neighbor is far away. It's structurally sound and had well water.

On the down side if we have a big snow storm I might be stranded from my girls.

The house is heated with propane, this may be good for CO2 generators hooked right to your gas line, but I am worried how offten the tank will need refilled to keep house at 78 in th middle of winter.

You only have to keep your grow rooms at 78, use electric space heaters, the radiator ones work very well. Or, use propane space heaters. Either way, you'll conserve on the amount of feul/money you'll need to use throughout the winter.

Location sounds perfect! Oh, someday...
