indoor plant decisions, help!!

one of my plants is a cripple haha, has about 15 grams of bud, dont think it will grow much more, hasnt grown in about 2-3 weeks, at all, its just getting worse looking, should i harvest and take what i can get or wait and wait out the storm?

Hoe old is it? Letting something go longer than it needs will only nake it less potent. Once the hairs start to color its near time to take it, I take mine when the hairs are 50/50 color to white.

im not sure of the exact date but i got my crop this year from a friend and they were all grown partially already, late summer they were about a foot tall. it looks pretty close to harvesting, but is definately 100% ready, more like 75-80%, i dont think i would get much anyways so i think i will let it grow, to see if it does grow =] thanks alot!
