Yellow leave

I'm a few weeks into my first grow. I'm simply growing 1 plant to get a feel for it plus its just for my usage. The plant grew like a champ in the first pot. I just transfered the plant to a 5 gallon bucket of Miracle Grow potting soil. I expected a bit of shock for the plant upon transfer but I'm getting a bit concerned. Its been about 5 days now and the plant doesn't seem to be getting better. Some of the leavs are starting to turn yellow and droop. At first I thought it may be a water issue however the plant isnt actually dry or anything. The leafs feel healthy.

Is it possibly a lighting issue? I had 4 26w cfl's on it and cut it down to two thinking it could be getting too much heat off the lights but that doesn't seem to have made a difference.

Any suggestions or comments?

Re: Yellow leave

It's normal for it to take a while to take to a new pot.

Try not to over water.

Re: Yellow leave

I've been very careful the watering shooting for about a 30% run off watering once a week or so.

It just dawned on me that the plant could be having a lack of C02. I've got a fan on it however it is in a closet. Has anyone else ever had this issue or am I just high?

Re: Yellow leave

i had the exact same type and amount of lights and when i transplanted it took maybe 7 days to fully recover. it might be a problem with the miracle gro soil which has been known for Ph issues and nute burning seedlings.

good luck
