Wiring help

Hi,
i ordered 4 of these: ES (E27) Plastic Lampholder : Mains Lampholders : Maplin

thinking i could just wire them up using standard electrical cable but now i've recived them i can see i need some sort of connector, does anyone know what this connector is called and where i can buy them in the uk?

Hi mate when i was sorting my lights out i found that 'focus' had like a long bulb kit which you put your attachments on to. So you get that then conneect the things above on to it and your away.. I think it was like a tenner.. Good luck and dont forget post a grow log when u get started.

Can you show me the link to it on their website? And does anyone know what connector i would need for those sockets as ive already bought 4

You dont need a connector at all.
You just need the correct cable is all.

You need to use a hard solid stranded cable, the lampholder bases probably say something like 0.75 or 1.0mm .

The two parts pointed outwards either side are the mounting bases, screw through these to whatever base you are using.
On professional light fittings these are mounted with a nut and bolt through the mounting plate.
