help me please inside growing

i am going to grow up in my attic and i have some questions. i dont know what to do for co2, im not sure yet, i heard baking soda and vinegar? or i could use my 50 lb tank and give off a squirt every once in a while. or even every day.I am still not sure if i need co2 at all. there is no sunlight, there are two big vents on top and 6 smaller vents down low so air should circulate well. im wanting to grow maybe 10? maybe more or less. i think i might need a heater up there but im not sure., but should i use a heater fan or a heat light? and if i used a heat light could it be on the plants or not? or if i used a heater fan could it blow over the plants instead of a norm fan? or would that dry them out? which is better? less fire threat? less energy being used? dont want people to wonder with the elctric bill and thank you so much everyone this is really helpful! and can i use full spectrum plant grow floro tubes for veg. and for flowering?

sup timmy, welcome to the city! i can respect a man who knows what he's bringing to the table. ill try to answer what i can for you. from what it sounds like, you have plenty of ventilation for your project. if you wanted bigger buds and have heat issues, i would suggest trying to invest in a cO2 regulator. kinda outta my price range, and may not be out of yours, but as a side note, i make due with what i have and dont think ive suffered for not using cO2, besides i breath on my girls enough everyday . in your attic as far as setting up for heat, you may have several different options in trying to conserve what little heat is up there. i would suggest reading a couple of journal on overgrow.com...im sure you could find several hundred suggestions on retaining heat. ive included a link to a journal that was done in the attic during the winter. and im sure Jay(Tetra) will be more than happy to answer any other questions you have about an attic grow.
