Too early boulder, however, I will say that in the first pic, on the right node, it looks like a stipule. From all the ones I've seen in my grow, thats how they looked for all the females. The males had less of a "cone" shape and more of a short, fat look to it. Like I said, it's early and I'm new to this myself, but with the little experience I have and say if ya pinned me down for an answer, I'd go with female..........

"Stipule," I believe, is the term for those spikes located at the nodes (not sex organs). The stump on the right node is, indeed, some sex organ but it is too early to tell what it is (either a male pollen sac or a female calyx w/white pistils).

I'd agree though, the females present more of a 'cone' while the male sacs are stout in the beginning, sometimes. Don't rely heavily on that idea though.
